“your enthusiasm and eagerness to provide a memorable experience for us was outstanding”
On behalf of our church family, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you and the Presentation Brass Quintet as we continued our celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation at Spruce Run Lutheran, Glen Gardner.
From the initial planning to the final performance, your enthusiasm and eagerness to provide a memorable experience for us was outstanding. In my twenty years of pastoral and priestly ministry at Spruce Run Lutheran, this was truly a highlight. The concert was informative and it underscored Martin Luther’s hymns and his deep appreciation for music in the life of God’s holy Church. Your special arrangement of “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” brought smiles tears of joy to everyone in attendance. What could be better than singing along with that arrangement!

“by far the best concert of this season”
“I heard so many wonderful comments from the audience about the performance especially that it was by far the best concert of this season. The Trio captivated our members with their talented musical performance and their sense of humor. They had a wonderful rapport with the audience before, during the performance and afterwards. It’s quite apparent that they have great camaraderie and they work effortlessly together to deliver a beautiful sound. It was a most enjoyable concert…standing ovations!”

“the most enjoyable evening of music we have experienced.”
“The talent of these three men is completely astounding. The variety of music generated from three instruments was way beyond what we imagined possible. Of course, the humorous audience interaction was great fun and relaxing. We could not have been better pleased with the evening; probably, the most enjoyable evening of music we have experienced.”

“The personal individuality is special and the musicianship extraordinary.” “The Crosswinds Trio is very special indeed. The personal individuality is special and the musicianship extraordinary. The balance between performing as a group yet highlighting each individual is excellent. The repertoire that was presented showed the ability to perform varying styles of music with ease which satisfied individual tastes. Your commentary about the group and the music enhanced the program tremendously and gave the audience an opportunity to see you as individuals rather than just people on the stage. As a group and as individuals you performed extremely well showing your talents and wonderful musical sensitivity. Thank you for a wonderful performance.”

“their easy humor really resonated with our audience”
“I would like to express SBCCA’s appreciation for the excellent and very enjoyable concert presented by The Crosswinds Trio last night. The group and their program were very well received by our audience of ~1,200. All three are excellent & very professional musicians. Their classical/jazz selections as well as their easy humor really resonated with our audience. We hope to invite them back for a future SBCCA event.

“The Crosswinds Trio concert for us was a great success”
.”The Crosswinds Trio concert for us was a great success. We were very
pleased not only with their performance but with the significant pre-
concert communication regarding program details, etc. Not only were
they outstandingly talented artists, they were very comfortable on-
stage with our audience and all had a great sense of humor. Program
selections were audience pleasers. They also received a standing
ovation for the performance of “Figaro, Figaro…” just prior to the
close of the first half of their performance. Well done. We would
definitely consider them again for a future return to Wolfeboro”

Lancaster (Pennsylvania) Community Concert Association greatly enjoyed a concert on May 11, 2005. The program was the perfect mix of classical pieces and popular American works, thus meeting the tastes of most of our 1,500 patrons. With interesting and sometimes humorous introductions, the audience enjoyed both the personalities and the quality of the music presented. Plus, three musicians with talent and a good program can realize a successful concert in a far more affordable way than a large orchestra.”
